Birthday Celebration

We celebrated Ryan's birthday a few days early so we could spend the whole day doing some things with him. He wanted to go to Bullwinkle's to miniature golf, but it ended up raining. So we went to Safari Sam's instead. They have indoor miniature golf and a huge play/climbing structure. We spent four and a half hours there, and it was a crazy madhouse! We played two rounds of golf, and Ryan significantly improved on his second game.



Because there were so many kids there, we made Ryan and Abby adopt the buddy system while playing in the play structure. Ryan was so good to look after his sister and keep her close by. He lost her one time and immediately came to us to tell us so we could locate her and bring her back. The kids had a great time!


Since we didn't have a party for him, we took him out to dinner wherever he wanted to go. He decided he wanted steak, so we went to the Outback Steakhouse. He and Abby split an adult steak and ate the whole thing!
